Arkadian is an assassin sent to kill a young woman with "no witnesses," but after he does there's a witness. Arkadian kills him, but then there's another witness. Arkadian kills her... and another witness arises! Arkadian chases each witness down and dispatches with them, unaware that the witnesses are not what they appear to be, and that he is being used as a tool in a strange twist of fate.
