As the newly returned and newly vampiric Al Capone continues his takeover of Chicago's underworld, his war on the criminal gangs and the other vampire clans shifts into high gear into all out carnage. Amid the mayhem in the Windy City, Dean and the team in Pittsburgh, who handed Capone his only vampiric defeat, grow increasingly worried about his expected retribution.
