In this issue, Jack visits a traveling circus which has set up camp in Central Park. What starts out as innocent fun ends in a haze of blood and rage as an "escaped animal" invades the park grounds. But where has this creature come from and why, after a brief encounter with the animal, does Jack have an overwhelming fear of the coming full moon?
