Niobe and the Stranger have entered a war of assassins among the streets and rooftops of Coffin Row. They must pit one guild against the other while hoping to learn the whereabouts of Stranger's family. One of the leaders, however, has taken an interest in Niobe and wishes to groom her as a killer.
