After triggering a full-scale riot in the hospital, Myles is sent into solitary confinement, still unaware of the exacting control the hospital has over him. But things get uneasy when a new arrival, Bill, comes onto the ward and starts to make trouble for his handlers. Is he a fat mental patient in a duck mask, or is there more to him than meets the eye?
