The third and final arc of CAPER continues! All Louis Weiss and Richard Coolidge wanted to do was their job: delivering a pair of eyes to the hospital for a transplant. They're not sure why they now have a severed hand with a duck tattooed on it. They're not sure why random guys in black suits are trying to kill them.
