Hawkman and Hawkgirl face unspeakable horrors as a ghost ship bearing mysterious cargo arrives in the port of St. Roch, while a riot breaks out at Belle Reve prison. Several of Hawkman’s forgotten foes gather in secret, as a sorcerer unleashes an army of flesh-eating zombies on the unsuspecting populace of St. Roch, and a tower of darkness rises to seal off the city from the outside world!
