Also, while the winsome Whipperette keeps herself busy tearing up Flare's house, the naughty Black Enchantress stops in for a surprise visit. As for Flare's electric little sister Sparkplug, she sets out to do a favor for her good friend, Icicle, only to find her secret identity threatened by the League of Champions' arch-nemesis, ace reporter Jimmy Dooley.
