- Constructed
- 4 - 8 players, 3 Swiss Rounds no Top Cut.
- 9 - 16 players, 4 Swiss rounds with a Cut to Top 4.
- 1 hour, best-of-three rounds.
- Participation: 1 Series 4 Plus Ultra Pack and 1 each of All Might (VII), Dreaming of the Reward, and Bursting Muscle Bash foil promotional card.
- 1st place: 1 of each PSC Promo + 4 Victory Plus Ultra Packs + National Qualification.
- 2nd place: 2 additional PSC Promos + 2 Victory Plus Ultra Packs
- 3rd-4th place 1 Random PSC Promo + 1 Victory Plus Ultra Pack
