Come out on Monday nights and join us for some friendly, casual-level play with your favorite Star Wars ships!
When: Monday nights from 5:30 to 11:00, October 7 through 28. You can organize league games outside of league nights, but Monday is the official in-store night.
Discord: All league information will be in the Atomic Empire X-Wing Discord channel here.
Gameplay: Extended format is the default, but players can agree to any other format they'd like to try (Standard, scenarios, Aces High, teams, etc.). Players may also choose to use AMG points or XWA Beta points and are encouraged to bring a squad for both sets of points. Check with league opponents before your games about which points to use. League players may count games against anyone, whether they are in the league or not, but only league players will be eligible for prizes. For October, up to six games can count for league standings.
Rules: The league will follow the current AMG official rules documents and points pdfs and the XWA beta points. You can find all current rules documents here: https://www.atomicmassgames.com/xwing-documents, and XWA beta points here: https://www.xwing.life/resources/points.
Standings: Standings will be based on games played with bonuses for winning games. All players will earn 1 point per game played, regardless of whether their opponent is in the league. Players earn 1 bonus point for winning a game against other league players. Players will report their game results and scores in a Google form, and standings (pinned in Discord) will update with all reported games by Friday of each week. The final standings will be posted at the end of the league, and players can pick up prizes the following week.
Score Reporting: One player from each game should report the results, with the winner and mission points (which will be used for tiebreakers) scored for each player. Players can enter all this information in the Google form pinned in Discord.
Prizes: Prizes will consist of store credit and potentially other game accessories.
