Marvel: Crisis Protocol Tournament
Saturday, November 23
11:00 AM
Marvel: Crisis Protocol is a miniatures skirmish game where players form their own Marvel-inspired dream team. They then pit their chosen forces against each other on an interactive tabletop where the very terrain itself can be thrown, crashed into, and destroyed during the super-powered showdown.
Embrace the holiday spirit and build a roster for others to play! Following white elephant rules, players can open rosters and steal from other players until everyone has a team. Earn 3 points for winning a game, same as a standard tournament, but every time the roster you brought wins a game, you score a bonus point.
Fine Print: You must bring all items needed for your roster including tactics cards, Crisis cards, and minis. Rosters must include 10 characters and 10 tactics cards, following the standard banned and restricted list. All tactics cards must be playable by characters in the roster. You may not voluntarily steal your own roster, and if you open it, you must steal another roster if able.

Event Structure: The event will consist of three 90-minute Swiss rounds. Final standings will be determined by win/loss record, along with bonus points. Strength of Schedule is the first tiebreaker and victory points secured is the second tiebreaker.
Format: This event will use the current Timeline: Standard rules for determining what can be used in rosters. See the Game Rules, FAQ, and Organized Play Documents links for more information. Note that while the rules for what is useable in Timeline: Standard are outlined in the Challenger document, this event is not a Challenger event and will not follow all of the rules in that document. For example, this event will be 3 rounds with no cut regardless of attendance, and rounds will not have variable time lengths. Please contact the TO with any questions!
Prizes:
Prizes from older event kits will be available for this event! We will have a selection of older prizes sorted into baggies of roughly equal value. If you missed out on any events in the past and want to pick up old prizes, this is your chance! Players will be able to select prizes in order by standings, so first place will get first pick.
Store credit prizes will be granted to top performers, with amount depending on number of participants. If more than one player is undefeated, they will have the same prize, while other prizes will be determined by standings.
