Have you ever yearned to fight alongside the heroes of legend, or command the forces of evil? Is so, then we have just the event for you!

The citizens of Atomic Empire cordially invite you to a two-day narrative weekend for the Middle-Earth Strategy Battle Game (MESBG). We, the hosting parties, request the pleasure of your company at our store in Durham, NC, from April 12-13, 2025.

Spectators are welcome but should not interfere with gameplay.

Event Details:

• 2 Days, Iconic Scenarios from Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game.

• 2 Large Multiplayer scenarios, 12 1-to-1 scenarios.

• Come for an hour or two full days!

• All models will be provided, gaming materials will be available as supplies last.

SATURDAY: April 12, 2025

• 10:00 - 10:30 AM : Doors Open, Set-up & Check-in

• 10:30 - 10:45 : Welcome and Opening Remarks

• 10:45 -12:45 : Scenario Block 1

• 12:45 - 1:45 : Recommended Lunch Break*

• 2:00 - 4:00 : Scenario Block 2

• 4:00 – 4:30 : Afternoon Tea*

• 4:30 - 6:15 : Scenario Block 3

• 6:30 - 9:00 PM : Optional: Dinner/Drinks - Tentative Location: Mi Cancun

SUNDAY: April 13, 2025

• 11:00 - 11:30 AM : Doors Open, Set-up & Check-in

• 11:30 - 1:30 : Scenario Block 4

• 1:30 - 2:15 : Lunch Break*

• 2:30 - 4:45 : Scenario Block 5

• 5:00 PM : Final Remarks and Awards Ceremony

*There are many nearby dining options - food is not guaranteed by the event, though limited concessions are available for purchase at the store.)

Scenario Details:

Tables will be pre-set up with terrain. Therefore, no modifications to terrain will be allowed after the first game begins or without the event organizers’ permission.

Scenarios will be provided per table, all models and details will be provided.

• The Battle of Osgiliath, 4’ x 4’, 2 players, 75+ Miniatures

• The Battle of Edoras, 6’ x 4’, 2 to 4 Players, 120+ Miniatures and 2 Mumakil!

• The Ambush at Amon Hen, 4’ x 4’, 2 to 4 Players, 30+ Miniatures

• The Black Gate, 4’ x 4’, 2-3 Players, 100+ Miniatures

• Battle in Balin's Tomb, 2’ x 2’, 2 Players, 30+ Miniatures

• Flies and Spiders, 4’ x 4’, 2 Players, 30+ Miniatures
