Format:

• Pre-release events are played using the Sealed Deck format, where each player receives 8 booster packs to make an exactly (no more, no less) 30-card deck. They will have 30 minutes to do so once they receive their boosters.
• Number of Swiss Rounds based on attendance.
• 30 minute rounds + 5 minutes for start of game procedure.

• Each player receives a promo pack (they may use these cards in deck construction).
• 2 Booster packs per player at the event's conclusion.
